Refund policy

 If you wish to cancel your order:

(i) you can notify us by email to customercare@hottubsuppliers.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(ii) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.b below.

4.b You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

4.c If you wish to return goods, you must contact us by e-mail at customercare@hottubsuppliers.com quoting your order reference number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

4.d Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The amount refunded will less any debit or credit fees accrued during the purchase.

4.e The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.b will not apply in the following circumstances:

(i) in the event that the product has been used

(ii) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4.e do not affect your statutory rights.

4.f After orders are placed there is a 14 day cooling off period where the customer can change their mind on the purchase. If the order has already been delivered the customer is liable for the delivery and re stocking & packaging cost of the product 

4.g If any order is cancelled after the cooling off period or on the day of delivery (if delivered within 14 days of the order) then all deposits are non refundable. 

4.h All deposits are non refundable after the cooling off period of 14 days has elapsed.

4.i Hot Tubs Suppliers are not liable for any delays in the production of orders due to parts shortages or logistics delays.

5.j if a refund is requested as a result of a non delivery due to poor access at the delivery address, the cost of delivery to and from the delivery location to the warehouse will be liable to the customer.

6. If a delivery can not be made due to poor access at the delivery address on a finance agreement, the cost of delivery to and from the delivery location to the warehouse will be liable to the customer.

7, The disposal of all the packaging which accompanies the hot tub is responsible of the customer on all occasions.
